Over the past 10 years as a marriage and family therapist, I have helped clients heal from emotional concerns and relationship disconnection. I practice Gestalt therapy, which is meant to increase your self-awareness; Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which aims to relieve clients of trauma symptoms; and Emotionally Focused Therapy, which focuses on increasing emotional safety and security of attachment needs in relationships.
